A library you can stream, but not keep

Zbporn offers a large library of streaming adult videos sorted by categories and tags, with no native way to download any of them. Anyone after a local copy for offline viewing usually ends up with screen recording, paste-a-link websites, or generic downloaders that stop working when the site changes its player.

Zbporn Video Downloader is purpose-built for Zbporn video pages. It identifies the stream on the page you're watching and saves it as an MP4 through your browser's own download system, with no third-party website and no separate desktop software involved.

Under the hood

The extension accepts whatever delivery the page uses, including HLS and MP4-style adaptive streams where supported. The output is always an MP4 that plays in standard media players, moves easily between devices and archives without fuss.

When the page lists several resolutions, you choose between them, weighing file size against playback quality; a lower setting uses less bandwidth, a higher one gives the best picture. The extension can't produce anything sharper than the source, so an HD download is possible only when Zbporn offers HD for that video. Its permission set is kept minimal and the extension itself is lightweight.

Compatibility and access

Saving a video, in order

1. Open Zbporn.com and go to the page of the video you want.
2. Press play so the stream starts to load; detection depends on that.
3. Click the extension icon in the toolbar to open the popup.
4. Wait briefly while it identifies the stream from the page.
5. If several quality levels are shown, choose the resolution you prefer.
6. Click download, choose where the file should go when your browser's save dialog appears, and let the MP4 finish.

Things outside its control

Zbporn may change its player or the way it delivers streams, and changes like that can affect detection. A few videos already use player configurations the extension can't detect yet, and some suffer stream delivery problems that stop a download from completing. A video offered at a single resolution will only ever show one option. Download only videos you have the right to keep.

FAQ

Must I create a Zbporn account first?

No. Zbporn streams its videos without requiring registration, and the extension works on those publicly accessible pages.

I browse in Brave; will it install there?

It will. Brave sits on the list with Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and Chromium-based browsers beyond those generally work too.

When is an HD file possible?

Only if HD is among the streams Zbporn serves for that clip. Upscaling is not something the extension does, so the source's top resolution is your ceiling.

Is it any use on video sites other than Zbporn?

No. Detection is written around Zbporn's pages, and on other platforms it simply finds nothing.

A download keeps failing; what now?

Refresh, press play again and give it another go. Still stuck? Look at your network connection, and if the problem persists, open an issue on GitHub describing it.

The icon looks inactive while I browse Zbporn. What does that mean?

You're probably on a category or search results page. Open an individual video page, reload, and the icon should become active.

I pressed play and the popup still reports no video. Why?

That video's player may be set up in a way the extension can't detect yet. Try another video page, and report it on GitHub if the problem continues.

Should I open the popup before or after starting the video?

After. The stream has to be loading before there's anything for the extension to find.
