If the download control stops responding, a reload and a fresh start of the video tend to sort it out. A greyed-out icon suggests the page isn't a PornMike video with the usual address.

Downloads require an internet connection. The extension is tailored to PornMike's iframe-based playback, so if the site changes its page structure, an extension update may be needed to stay compatible. Whatever you download should be yours, or something you've been explicitly allowed to save.
