Hutporner Video Downloader
Hutporner hands playback to an iframe player on hornysimp.com.lv; this extension follows that relay and saves the M3U8 or MP4 it finds as MP4.
One page, a different media host
The address bar says hutporner.com, yet the media never comes from there. HutPorner gathers adult videos from many places and plays them through a relay: each video page embeds a nested iframe, and that frame loads a player hosted on w11.hornysimp.com.lv. All of the stream requests happen on that second domain. A typical download add-on inspects only the site you're visiting and never follows playback into the frame, so on HutPorner it finds a page with no media in it and reports nothing.
Hutporner Video Downloader handles the page and the outside player as a single job. It keeps an eye on hutporner.com, follows playback across into the hornysimp.com.lv frame, holds off until that player has started up and asked for its media, and then records the stream addresses it sees. Knowing about this hand-over from the aggregator to the host is the reason the download button produces something here when other tools don't.
What gets detected
After the relay settles, the toolbar popup shows the sources picked up from the outside host:
- segmented M3U8 playlists streamed by the hornysimp.com.lv player
- plain MP4 files, in the cases where the player offers them
- the quality information attached to each source
The result on disk is always an MP4, whichever source you choose, and it lands in your local downloads folder. It opens on computers, phones, tablets and smart TVs alike, so the copy can be watched later without a connection.
What the list contains is decided by the external player: the extension can only report the streams that player actually requests while the video runs. If HutPorner or its host changes how the relay works, the set of streams the extension finds can change with it.
Getting a video onto your drive
Start by installing the build for your browser from the GitHub release page and then sign in with your email address, which a one-time password confirms. Nothing else needs setting up.
Next, open any video page on hutporner.com and let everything load, including the frame that holds the outside player. Autoplay is a useful signal here: once the clip begins on its own, the relay is already running. Then click the toolbar icon and allow a short pause while the extension checks the cross-domain chain. The popup lists each M3U8 or MP4 source with its quality; choose one and press download.
How light it stays
The extension asks for as few browser permissions as it can work with, and leaves the rest of your browsing alone. Tabs that aren't on HutPorner don't wake it up, and even on HutPorner it only comes alive on pages that contain an embedded video player, which is why the homepage and category listings leave the icon grey. Detection happens inside your own browser and nothing is passed to anyone else, so keeping a local collection doesn't involve handing your history to an outside service.
Practical limits
The connection has to hold for the whole transfer. When a download dies midway, the cause is either your network dropping or the outside host throttling requests, and starting it again on a steady connection is the remedy. Only save videos you have the legal right to keep.
FAQ
What does a typical Hutporner download look like?
You open a supported page and let the player finish moving playback off-site if it does. As soon as usable media shows up, either on the page itself or in the embedded host's player, the extension can save it.
Why can't ordinary download tools handle Hutporner?
Because of the cross-domain hand-over. The session begins on hutporner.com, but the video keeps playing from w11.hornysimp.com.lv inside an iframe or a series of embedded players, which is a domain those tools never look at.
Does it deal in MP4 only, or playlists as well?
Both: m3u8 playlists and mp4 files, picked up along the relay that carries playback from hutporner.com over to the external host.
I opened the popup and it found no media. What now?
The player on the outside host is probably still starting. Wait until the clip is genuinely playing and open the popup a second time.
The popup opens but offers nothing to save. Why?
The relay may be running along a path the extension doesn't recognize. Reload the whole page, give the iframe time to resolve, and check again.
The saved MP4 stutters or won't open in my default player. Is the file broken?
Try VLC or a similarly capable player first. Some players bundled with the operating system have trouble with particular ways an MP4 can be packaged.
