FAQ

Do I need the no-ads plan, or does the ad-supported one work too?

Both are fully supported. With ads, the downloader recognizes commercial segments and can drop them from the file; with no ads, downloads are clean from the start.

Is it possible to grab a full season in one go?

Yes. From a series page, add single episodes or whole seasons to the queue and they're processed in sequence. Each file gets the show title plus its season and episode number, so browsing them later is easy.

Can recordings from Hulu + Live TV be saved?

Yes, provided the DVR recording plays back in your browser window. A broadcast that is still going can't be captured until it ends. Your existing Hulu session and account level are what the extension relies on.

How are closed captions and subtitles handled?

Whichever subtitle and caption tracks are available get embedded in the MP4. You can switch them on or off in players such as VLC, MPV or Plex.
