Watch pages and their helper hosts

Every video in FullPorner's large library lives on a watch page at /watch/<id>. Those watch pages are what Fullporner Video Downloader is set up for, and it doesn't run on other websites. FullPorner often passes playback to third-party providers, so the extension asks for access to a long list of host names: it has to see the media on whichever helper host actually serves it, not only on FullPorner itself.

From watch page to saved file

1. Get the build for your browser from the newest release and add it to the browser. The first time, sign in with your email; a one-time password confirms the sign-in.
2. Browse to the FullPorner watch page holding the video you want.
3. Press play. The player has to start before some pages hand over their media source.
4. Pick a control. An overlay appears on the player of supported watch pages, the toolbar popup lists the media detected so far, and right-clicking the page or a video element offers "Download FullPorner Video".
5. Choose a quality from whatever the page offers.
6. Start the download and leave it until the MP4 export has finished; it then lands in your FullPorner folder on your own machine.

While files transfer, a tracker built into the extension shows every active download with a progress display.

Why a plain right-click isn't enough

FullPorner wraps its player in layers, and the real address is often indirect or arrives as a stream. Ask the browser to save the video and you usually get a poster image or an ad, which pushes people toward converter websites or a manual dig through network requests.

The extension works on the page itself. It reads:

• markup and metadata
• scripts the page loads
• the browser's performance entries recorded while the player works
• player documents attached to the page

From those it assembles candidates and filters out adverts, preview clips, thumbnails and other assets that aren't the main video. A finished file exposed by the page is picked up as a direct MP4; a player that streams in segments has its HLS source detected and processed so it can still be saved. Where resolution hints exist, candidates are ranked by quality. You never have to leave the page you're watching.

The files you end up with

Inputs can be direct MP4 links, HLS manifests or other player-based sources found on FullPorner; the output is always MP4. Saves go to a dedicated FullPorner folder by default. Your browser's download settings decide where that folder sits.

Limits to expect

• Some FullPorner videos may not be picked up; coverage depends on what each watch page and its helper hosts expose.
• Quality and format options change from video to video, and not every video has multiple resolutions, because the page and player decide what's on offer.
• Every download needs a working internet connection while it transfers.
• Only FullPorner watch pages and their helper hosts are covered; other video sites are not.
• Keep only videos you own or are allowed to save.

Which FullPorner addresses does the extension act on?

Why does installation request so many host names?

Playback on FullPorner is often served by outside providers rather than the site itself. Permission on those helper hosts lets the extension find the media wherever it really comes from.

Will every FullPorner video download?

Does it also handle video sites other than FullPorner?

The popup shows no media. What should I try?

Reload the watch page and start the video. Some pages only reveal their source once playback is under way.

I can't see the overlay on the player. Is something wrong?

Make sure you're on a supported watch page. The toolbar popup and the right-click entry reach the same media if the overlay doesn't appear.

What if a download fails partway through?

Check that your connection is working and try again. If it keeps happening, reload the page, restart playback and start the download once more.
