Fansly Live Downloader
Record the Fansly live broadcasts you're subscribed to as they air, and keep each one as an MP4 file on your own drive.
Broadcasts Are Built to Disappear
A Fansly live stream is temporary by design. When it ends, it's often gone for good unless the creator chooses to keep a replay. Miss the start, or lose your connection halfway through, and that broadcast can't be recovered. Fansly Live Downloader records authorised live streams while they're happening and writes ordinary MP4 files to your computer, so a broadcast you had the right to view stays with you after it ends.
Recording a Stream
- Open the broadcast. While logged in to your subscriber account, go to an active Fansly live stream in your browser.
- Hit record. Click the extension icon; it has already detected the broadcast and shows a record button. Press it, and frame after frame of the incoming stream is written onto your computer's drive inside an MP4 container.
- Pause, or let it roll. Pause and resume to keep only the parts you want, or leave it running for the whole broadcast.
- Watch the result. Once the broadcast finishes, or you press stop, the MP4 is finalised and plays straight away in any standard video player.
Audio and video stay in sync from start to finish, even if the streamer switches camera angles or changes broadcast settings partway through. Mid-stream quality changes don't corrupt the file.
Handy Details
- Sign-in is session-aware: it relies on the Fansly subscriber login you already use.
- Files are named automatically with the creator's handle and the broadcast timestamp, so a growing collection stays sorted without manual renaming.
- A progress indicator shows elapsed time, file size and recording status.
- Recording quality follows the stream your browser receives. If the creator broadcasts at 1080p and your bandwidth keeps up, the file is 1080p as well.
Kept on Your Machine
Everything is recorded inside your browser. There are no relay servers in the middle, no copies parked in the cloud, no telemetry while recording, and nothing about your viewing leaves your computer. The extension talks to Fansly to receive the stream and to an activation server to switch itself on, and to nothing else.
Supported Setups
It runs in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave and Opera on Windows, macOS and Linux, and it is offered worldwide. It captures any active broadcast from a creator you currently have access to, in whatever quality tier reaches your browser, with audio and video tracks kept aligned in real time.
What It Won't Record
- broadcasts from creators you aren't subscribed to
- streams in Safari or on mobile browsers
- past broadcasts, unless a saved replay exists
- streams protected by DRM encryption or limited by geography
- chat messages, tip alerts and other on-screen overlays
It also does not bypass paywalls or reach restricted content. Only one recording can run in a given browser tab, and that tab has to stay open for as long as the recording lasts.
Permissions
downloads: writes the recorded broadcast to your local downloads folder as an MP4.activeTab: reads the Fansly live stream page you have open, both to detect the broadcast and to capture its data.storage: keeps activation details, your recording preferences and how files should be named, so they survive a browser restart.
FAQ
Does recording require that I subscribe to the Fansly creator?
Yes. It records live streams you can already watch through an active subscription on Fansly, and it won't get you past paywalls or into restricted content.
My connection cut out mid-broadcast; is the recording lost?
No. Everything captured before the drop is saved, and that partial file plays normally. If the broadcast comes back, you can begin a fresh recording.
Is it possible to record several Fansly broadcasts simultaneously?
One recording runs per browser tab. You can open other tabs with other streams, though how well that goes depends on your computer and your internet bandwidth.
Will chat messages or tip pop-ups appear in the saved file?
No. Only the broadcast's raw video and audio are recorded. Chat, tip notifications and overlays drawn by the browser are left out.
Are my Fansly recordings copied to the cloud?
No. Files go straight into your local downloads directory. Nothing is uploaded to cloud storage, and no details about your recordings are sent anywhere.
How sharp will a recorded Fansly broadcast look?
It matches the resolution Fansly sends to your browser. When the creator streams at 1080p and your connection can handle it, the recording will be 1080p too.
