Entensity Video Downloader
Save Entensity videos as MP4 straight from the page you're watching, with ads, previews and thumbnails weeded out before you choose a file.
What Goes Wrong With a Normal Save
On Entensity, the visible player is a wrapper. Behind it there may be extra layers, an address that only points somewhere else, or a stream delivered in pieces. The browser's own "save video" option understands none of that, so it tends to store a preview image or a bit of advertising. The usual detours are converter sites or a manual hunt through network request logs.
Entensity Video Downloader removes that detour. It runs on the open Entensity tab and gathers candidates from the page's markup and metadata, the scripts on the page, the browser's performance entries, connected player documents and the related same-site playback flow. A final MP4 address is taken as is. An HLS (M3U8) manifest is processed so it can be saved. Anything that is clearly not the main video, including adverts, previews and thumbnails, is dropped from the list.
Pick Your Entry Point
| Where | What you do |
|---|---|
| On the player | Click the download overlay shown on supported video pages |
| Toolbar | Open the popup to see the formats it identified |
| Right-click | Choose "Download Entensity Video" on the page or on the video |
While a download runs, an embedded tracker displays its progress.
When to Press Play
A lot of Entensity pages don't expose the final stream until the video is playing, or until the player's initialisation scripts are done. Open a supported video, start it, and only then look for the overlay or open the popup. If the list is still empty, reload the page, make sure playback is really running, and look again.
Resolution Choices
The range of resolutions is whatever the source provides; the extension can't add any. It reads height from labels or from the URLs themselves and sorts the formats by it when that works. Some Entensity videos come in a single size, so a one-item list is normal.
Where Files Go
Every save is written as an MP4 and goes into an Entensity folder that the extension sets up within your downloads. If a file isn't there, your browser's download settings decide the base location, so check them.
Setting It Up
Get the build for your browser from the newest release and install it. To log in, you enter your email address and confirm it with a one-time password sent there; that is how the extension is activated.
Downloads need a live internet connection. Keep to videos that belong to you or that you have explicit permission to save.
FAQ
What's the quickest way to grab something from Entensity?
Start the video on a supported page, then click the player overlay, the toolbar icon or the right-click shortcut.
An Entensity video streams in segments. Can it still be saved?
Yes. HLS and M3U8 style streams are handled next to direct MP4 files, using whatever the page or its same-site playback flow exposes.
How does it decide which resolutions to show?
It only lists what the source offers. Height comes from labels or URLs, and the list is ordered by it when possible.
After a download finishes, which folder should I open?
The Entensity folder inside your downloads, which the extension's offscreen setup uses for every save.
Why is the list empty until the video plays?
On many pages the final stream doesn't exist until playback begins or the player's start-up scripts have run.
There's no overlay on the player. Is the extension broken?
Not necessarily. Check that you're on a supported Entensity video page, then try the toolbar popup or the right-click entry.
A save keeps cutting off early. What should I try?
Confirm your connection, retry, and if it still fails, reload the page and restart playback first.
