ClientClub Video Downloader
Keep ClientClub portal lessons and coaching replays as MP4 files on your computer, whether the lesson plays through Loom, Vimeo, Wistia or YouTube.
Portal access does not last forever
Agencies change course, contracts end and portals get rearranged, and any of those can remove the training videos in your ClientClub portal with no notice. An onboarding series you relied on or a coaching replay you planned to rewatch disappears as soon as your access does. ClientClub Video Downloader lets you keep a local MP4 of each lesson before that happens.
It only wakes up inside a portal
Before doing anything, the extension checks the page for the markers of a ClientClub or GoHighLevel-powered client portal. On any other site it stays inactive. If you are not on a real ClientClub or compatible HighLevel portal page, no controls appear.
Lesson players it understands
- The portal's own native media and GoHighLevel-native video
- Loom, Vimeo, Wistia and YouTube embeds
Pages covered include ClientClub lessons, lessons on compatible HighLevel portals and any authorised client-portal training page you can already open. Each video source has its own dedicated handler rather than one generic detector trying to cover every player. The quality menu shows the renditions the source platform genuinely offers, so the best available option is easy to spot.
Moving through a training library
Open the lesson and press play; some embedded players hide their stream until playback starts. Then choose a rendition from the extension popup, or right-click and pick "Download ClientClub Video". A direct file is fetched as it is, or a supported stream is converted on your machine, and the MP4 is saved to Downloads/ClientClub Downloader without asking each time.
As many as 3 lessons can be fetched in parallel, with a queue-aware progress view in the built-in manager and desktop notifications for finished or failed jobs. It is built around lesson-by-lesson saving rather than exporting a whole course at once; the manager keeps every queued job and its progress in one view. Activation happens through a one-time code sent to your email.
Why it asks for each permission
downloads: saves completed MP4 files to the ClientClub download folder and keeps the manager in line with active jobs.storage: keeps activation status, chosen formats and queue state on your device between sessions.activeTab: confirms the open page really is a ClientClub portal lesson before anything is switched on.tabs: keeps the queue in view, with correct progress, as you hop from one lesson or portal tab to another.scripting: reads portal markers and embedded player details so every lesson is sent to the right platform handler.notifications: reports completions and errors even when the popup is closed during a long download.
Downloading and conversion run in your browser, and files never pass through outside servers.

FAQ
Which kinds of client portals does it recognise?
ClientClub portals and other GoHighLevel-powered client portals that show the expected portal markers and embedded lesson layout.
What video sources inside a ClientClub lesson can it save?
Native portal media, GoHighLevel-native video, and embedded Loom, Vimeo, Wistia and YouTube players, provided the lesson page can reach them.
How do I save a single ClientClub lesson?
Open the lesson and start it playing so its source is loaded. After that, use the popup or the "Download ClientClub Video" right-click entry. Pick a quality and the MP4 is saved.
Can I save premium or members-only portal lessons?
Yes, if your logged-in portal session can already view them. The extension relies on the access you have and does not get around paywalls or membership gates.
Will it pull down every lesson in a ClientClub course for me?
No. Saving happens lesson by lesson, with a small number of jobs queued together; it is not intended for exporting full courses in bulk.
What is the folder called where ClientClub lessons are saved?
ClientClub Downloader, created inside your browser's default Downloads directory.
Can I use it for Circle or Skool communities?
No. Each of those has its own dedicated SERP extension; this one is built specifically around ClientClub and HighLevel-based portals like it.
Is ClientClub Video Downloader available for my browser and OS?
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, Opera, Whale and Yandex, on Windows, macOS or Linux. There is no Safari or mobile version.
What are all the permissions in the ClientClub install prompt for?
The set (declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess, offscreen, contextMenus, cookies, notifications, tabs, scripting, activeTab, downloads) together let it find media, process streams, add its controls, manage downloads and handle sign-in across ClientClub portals and the video hosts embedded in them.
Does lesson data leave my machine?
No. Detection, stream handling and MP4 creation happen in your browser. The only outside calls are for activation, checking for updates and sending the one-time email code.
